Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “final sale”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item for a different size/colour, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider — processing times vary

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
